About Us
The Isuzu parts division supports the owners of Isuzu Trucks and the Australian Transport Industry with innovative, market-leading products and services. Our customers include national and local fleets, individual owner drivers, independent workshops, right through to fishing trawlers. In 2018, a new national distribution centre opened in Truganina, Victoria, alongside the new national Isuzu Australia Head Office. The national distribution centre replenishes inventory within the Australia-wide dealer network daily to minimise customer downtime. Dealers are connected to the national parts warehouse via Automated systems and are also able to view all national dealer inventory to ensure swift communication on the availability of parts.
Our Warehouse
Isuzu’s new national distribution centre opened in Truganina, Victoria with a Total Warehouse Area of 15,000m3 and a total number of locations in the warehouse of 33,000 - which includes 22,000 locations in the binning area alone. We currently stock over 45,0000 lines of stock.
Inbound Parts
We source our parts from 179 suppliers, 5 of which are international. On average, we receive 360 40’ containers of stock each year, which when laid end to end, equates to 4.4kms of parts. We receipt an average of 16,000 lines into stock each month.
Outbound Parts
On average, 2,500 lines of stock are picked daily with over 2,500,000 pieces picked and over 70,000 consignments are shipped to our dealer network each year. We pick, pack and ship over 7,300,000 kgs of parts per year, the equivalent weight of 811 NPR Series Trucks (GVM).
