Isuzu Australia Limited (IAL) may collect personal information about you including information provided in the application, provided by IAL dealers participating in the Isuzu Trade Program (Program) and from other sources. You consent to IAL collecting personal information and data in accordance with IAL’s Privacy Policy (https://www.isuzu.com.au/privacy-policy), for the purposes of administering the Program, which includes:
- promoting services offered by participating dealers including but not limited to special product offers, discounts on purchases, special savings, the Program and the collection of points;
- for marketing, product development and research purposes; and
- for disclosure to participating dealers in distributing promotional information.
In addition, you consent to IAL and Qantas (and its service providers) exchanging, using, disclosing and collecting your personal information (including name, Australian Business Number, address) for the purpose of administering and operating the Program and Qantas Business Rewards and allowing you to earn points in accordance with the Terms and Conditions (URL) and participate in Qantas Business Rewards. If the personal information requested is not provided you will not be able to participate in the Program. Information relating to you will be held by IAL at its premises in Australia and pursuant to the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) you may make written request for access to, and correction of, personal information held by IAL. A one-off join fee of $89.50 including GST normally applies, however this will be waived for Merchants. Membership and Qantas Points are subject to Qantas Business Rewards Terms and Conditions. A business must be a Qantas Business Rewards Member and registered for GST or be an Australian Public or Private entity or other incorporated company, and not be a travel agent or on a Corporate Deal with Qantas to redeem Qantas Points on Classic Rewards and Points Plus Pay - Flights. In order to directly redeem Qantas Points from a Qantas Business Rewards account, the business account must have a balance of at least 3,000 Qantas Points. Seat selection: You can select your seat on all Qantas operated flights (excluding select regional services). Fees may apply. Seat selection cannot be guaranteed as seats may need to be changed for operational, safety or security reasons, even after boarding the aircraft. †You must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer to earn Qantas Points. A joining fee may apply. Membership and points are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program terms and conditions. Qantas Frequent Flyers will earn 250 Qantas Points per eligible flight booking where a Qantas Business Rewards Member's ABN and the traveller's Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number are quoted at the time of booking. An eligible booking must include a domestic or international flight with a Qantas 'QF' flight number on the ticket that is purchased in Australia; has a ticket number commencing with '081'; and is booked and travelled for business on or after the date the business registers for Qantas Business Rewards. Points will be credited to the Frequent Flyers account within 6 weeks from the date of travel. Points cannot be withdrawn from members' account once credited if the booking is changed or cancelled. No retrospective claims can be made for this offer.
